Ingredients for Flattened rice ladoos Recipe

  • 1/4 cup flattened rice
  • 1/4 tbsp melted ghee
  • As required ½ cup freshly grated coconut
  • As required Powdered sugar - ½ cup
  • 1/2 nos Elaichi powder - (crushed) pods
  • 0-1 nos Crushed black pepper powder pods

Directions: Flattened Rice Ladoos Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Grind 1 cup flattened rice (poha) to a coarse powder in a mixer grinder . After grinding, transfer it to a plate and let it cool down a little bit .
  • STEP 2.2.After it cools Down Little Bit. Add 1 tbsp melted ghee to It Along with ½ cup freshly grated coconut and ½ cup powdered Sugar. To it, add 2 Pods F crushed elaichi powder and 4 pods f crushed black pepper Powder. Mix it Properly.
  • STEP 3.Then with ghee greased hands roll out small balls out of the poha or flattened rice powder and grated coconut mixture .
