  • 0.13 can Evaporated milk
  • 0.13 can Condensed Milk
  • 0.38 No.s Eggs
  • 0.06 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.06 No.s Lime
  • 0.06 cup Sugar
  • 0.13 pinch Salt

Directions: Flan Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. take some sugar in a pan and mix it by stirring it at medium to low flame. let it cool in a glass bowl.

step 2

  • STEP 1. beat the eggs and add vanilla extract, pinch of salt, lemon zest, condensed milk and evaporated milk to it.

step 3

  • STEP 1.mix it well. add this batter on top of the melted sugar.

step 4

  • STEP 1. take a glass tray and fill it halfway with boiling water.

step 5

  • STEP 1. place your bowl in the center and cook in the microwave at 350 degree f for 40-45 minutes.

step 6

  • STEP 1. allow it to come at the room temperature and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

step 7

  • STEP 1. invert the bowl and take out on a plate and your flan is ready to be served.
