Steps To Prepare
For the marinade- mix minced garlic, sesame oil, five spice powder, white pepper, sugar, sweet soy sauce and light soy sauce.
Now, coat the chicken legs with the marinade and keep it for 30 mins and best if kept overnight in refrigerator.
Add oil to a pan & heat it.
Now place the marinated chicken in the pan. Cover the pan and cook the chicken and flip after 5 minutes.
Then cook it for another 5 minutes with a lid on.
After a few minutes of cooking add the marinade into the pan & saute until the chicken turns soft & tender.
