  • 1.50 cloves Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Moong Dal, Soaked
  • 1 cup Water

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
