Ingredients for Fish Roti Recipe

  • 0.17 cup All purpose flour
  • 0.17 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/25 teaspoon baking soda
  • As required Water
  • As required Oil
  • 1/25 cup chopped onions
  • 0.33 cloves garlic
  • As required Handful curry leaves
  • 0.17 No.s Cardamoms
  • 0.17 No.s green chilli
  • 20.83 gram fish
  • 6.25 gram leeks
  • 12.50 gram boiled potato
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1/25 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.03 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/25 teaspoon curry powder
  • 0.08 cube maggi chicken seasoning

Directions: Fish Roti Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take flour, salt, baking powder, ¾ cups of water, oil and form a dough.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep it aside for two hours.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 make small balls out of this dough and pour some oil on top of them, cover with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 2 hours.

step 4

  • STEP 1.4 heat some oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic cloves, curry leaves and cardamom. Give it a nice stir.

step 5

  • STEP 1.5 now add green chillies, boiled fish, leeks, boiled potato, 1 tsp salt, chilli flakes, pepper, turmeric, curry powder, maggi chicken seasoning and mix.

step 6

  • STEP 1.6 take the prepared dough balls and flatten them with your hands on a plane flat surface.

step 7

  • STEP 1.7 put the fish mixture on top of the dough and wrap it well so it won’t come out.

step 8

  • STEP 1.8 cook it well from all the sides on a hot pan till the turn golden brown.
