  • 1 Green Chilies, Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chili Sauce
  • pinch A Pinch Of Sugar
  • as needed Chopped Spring Onions For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the fish fillets with salt, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, and cornflour. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the marinated fish fillets until golden and crispy. Drain on a paper towel.
  • STEP 3.In another pan, heat oil and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and green chilies. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, chili sauce, and a pinch of sugar. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add the fried fish fillets to the sauce and toss gently to coat them evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot as an appetizer or with fried rice or noodles as a main course.
