  • 4 piece Surmai fish cut into thick pcs, cleaned. Apply some salt for an hour and wash again
  • 1/2 bunch Hara dhania/ coriander leaves
  • As required Spring Onion Green Part
  • 1/2 small onion or spring onion
  • 4-5 flakes Garlic
  • piece Green chilli +a ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 Tomatoes , pureed
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lalmirchi powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
