Steps to prepare
In a mixer grinder take the ginger, garlic, coriander, and green chillies and make them in to a smooth paste.
Apply the ginger garlic coriander paste uniformly on each piece of the fish and let it rest for a while like 10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan. Make sure it's heated up well. Put the fish into the pan and deep fry well it turns golden brown on bith sides. Take it out on a paper towel for excess oil.
Storage and serving method
Serve this fish fry hot tossed with some lime juice and fresh onions.
