- 1 Nos whole mackerel with bones and head
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper
- As required Fish bones
- 14.50 ounce Chicken Broth
- 4 cup Water
- 1 ounce Chinese seaweed
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- As required White Pepper
- As required Salt
- As required Garlic oil
- As required Some Lettuce leaves
- 1 stalk Scallion

How to Make Fish Balls Recipe
Clean and wash the fish with cold water
Chop fish bones into 3 pieces
Cut scallion into rings
Slit the fish from both the sides
Scrape off the fish meat and put it in a bowl and discard the skin
Chop the fish meat into very thin pieces for about 10 mins.
Add salt and pepper and continue chopping for another 10 mins until it appears like a paste
Now apply some water in the hands and make balls of the fish paste.
in a pot add chicken broth, water,fish bones and bring it to boil over high flame.
after a boil turn the gas to medium flame and cook it for 20 mins
now gently drop the fish balls into the soup and cook it at high flame.
then add the chinese seaweed,soy sauce,sesame oil,salt and pepper as per taste.
once the fish balls starts floating then turn off the gas.
transfer the fish balls soup into a bowl,top with toppings and serve
