Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and tamarind pulp. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add water, salt, and the marinated fish. Simmer until the fish is cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
