Ingredients for Finger Sandwiches / Tea Sandwiches Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 Pieces Capsicum
  • 0.13 Pieces Cucumber
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 g Hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 0.06 cup Chicken
  • 0.13 tsp Oregano
  • 0.13 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Bread slices
  • 0.06 Tsp Cayenne pepper or red chilli powder

How to Make Finger Sandwiches / Tea Sandwiches Recipe

STEP 01

Chop all the veggies then add mayonnaise, half of the crushed black pepper, cayenne papper salt to taste, mix well

STEP 02

In another bowl add butter shredded chicken egg yolk and give a good mix

STEP 03

Next chop the egg white and add it into the mixture

STEP 04

Now add oregano, rest of the crushed black pepper salt to taste and give a final mix.

STEP 05

Take the the bread slices, chop off the sides if you want.

STEP 06

Now spread the veggie mixture evenly on top of one bread slice ,top it up with a cheess slice put another bread on top then place another cheese slice on it.

STEP 07

Next spread the egg mixture evenly on top of it and cover it with another bread slice.

STEP 08

Sandwich is ready now cut into bite size pieces and your finger sandwiches will be ready

STEP 09

You can completely skip the non veg part and make it as a completely vegetarian recipe
