Who doesn’t love salmon? This delicious fish is enjoyed in many ways but most of them are difficult and take a lot of time to cook. So, here is a simple feta and herb crusted salmon recipe for you. Chop up the Feta, herbs, squeeze lemon and a pinch of salt. Spread on a salmon fillet and bake in the oven. You are good to go.

Ingredients for Feta And Herb Crusted Salmon Recipe

  • 1/4 Salmon fillet i use steelhead from costco but atlantic or any other will be fine. thaw if frozen
  • 0.13 cup Feta Cheese
  • 0.06 cup Chopped fresh parsley rough chopped you will finish chopping with feta
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped fresh chives rough chopped you will finish chopping with feta
  • 0.13 Juice from lemon
  • 0.03 teaspoon Salt
  • pinch Pinch of pepper

Cooking Direction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment or foil for easy clean up.
  • Combine parsley, chives, Feta, lemon, salt and pepper on cutting board. Run knife through it several times, chopping up all ingredients to mix.
  • Spread on fillet. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve!

Cooking Tips

  • Elevate your roasted salmon by generously spreading garlic herb compound butter over the fillets before cooking.
  • Allow the roasted salmon to rest for a few minutes after removing it from the oven. This helps in redistributing the juices and ensures a moist and flavourful result.

Serving and Storage

  • Serve warm with lemon wedges alongside.
  • It can be stored for up to 3 days.
