  • STEP 1.Recipe- sajje rotti , avarekalu palya , shavige payasa
  • STEP 2.Chitranna , butter
  • STEP 3.Ellarigu bogi habbada shubhashayagalu

  • STEP 6.Take a cooker add oil add chilli, onion frying then add avarekalu, badanekai, capsicum, potato frying and add tomato garlic, salt dhaniya powder, coconut and cook do 1 whistle, after it cools avarekalu palya is ready,
  • STEP 7.Sajje rotti
  • STEP 8.Take a kadai add water salt, turmeric, pepper boiling then add sajje flour after it cools make dough and make a rotti heat tava and cook both sides,
  • STEP 9.Shavige payasa
  • STEP 10.Take a shavige roast in a pan by add ghee then another kadai heat milk and add shavige boiling until cook and add sugar, elakhi powder add ghee now shavige payasa is ready,
  • STEP 11. Chitranna
  • STEP 12.Take a pan add oil heat it then add mustard seeds, pea nut , chanadal, onion, chilli frying then add tomato frying until cook then add salt ,turmeric , kothambari soppu then add rice and squeeze lemon now chitranna is ready thank you 🙏
