Fermented Beetroot Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Fermented Beetroot is a tangy and probiotic-rich side dish that is packed with flavor and health benefits. The beetroots are thinly sliced and then fermented with salt and spices for several days. During the fermentation process, beneficial bacteria develop, giving the beetroot a tangy and slightly sour taste. Fermented beetroot is a great addition to salads, sandwiches, or as a side dish to accompany meat or fish. It is also a fantastic way to preserve the nutritional value of beetroots for longer periods.
