125 g Chicken with bone (curry cut)
1/4 Cup Sliced onion
1/4 Tsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
1/4 Tbsp Tomato paste
3/4 Tsp fennel seeds paste
As Required Turmeric powder
1/4 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Roasted cumin powder
As Required Garam masala powder
To Taste Salt
As Required Sugar
1 Pieces Dry Red Chillies
2.50 Pieces Curry leaves
1/4 Tbsp Refined oil
Directions: Fennel chicken #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K
STEP 1.In a Kadai add refined oil,dry red chillies and curry leaves. Fry for few seconds.
STEP 2.Add Chopped onion fry until golden, add ginger garlic green chilli paste, cook for 1 minute.
STEP 3.Add chicken pieces mix all ingredients nicely and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 4.Add half teaspoon turmeric powder,kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder and half teaspoon sugar on it. Mix well.
STEP 5.Now add Tomato paste and salt to taste.cook on medium heat until dry.
STEP 6.After add 2 glasses of warm water mix nicely, cover and cook on medium heat until gravy almost dry.
STEP 7.After add fennel seed paste and garam masala.
STEP 8.Mix properly.its ready to serve.
