  • 125 g Chicken with bone (curry cut)
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced onion
  • 1/4 Tsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
  • 1/4 Tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3/4 Tsp fennel seeds paste
  • As Required Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • As Required Garam masala powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Sugar
  • 1 Pieces Dry Red Chillies
  • 2.50 Pieces Curry leaves
  • 1/4 Tbsp Refined oil

Directions: Fennel chicken #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.In a Kadai add refined oil,dry red chillies and curry leaves. Fry for few seconds.
  • STEP 2.Add Chopped onion fry until golden, add ginger garlic green chilli paste, cook for 1 minute.
  • STEP 3.Add chicken pieces mix all ingredients nicely and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add half teaspoon turmeric powder,kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder and half teaspoon sugar on it. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Now add Tomato paste and salt to taste.cook on medium heat until dry.
  • STEP 6.After add 2 glasses of warm water mix nicely, cover and cook on medium heat until gravy almost dry.
  • STEP 7.After add fennel seed paste and garam masala.
  • STEP 8.Mix properly.its ready to serve.
