STEP 1.For the spices in a blender mix all the spices and make it into a fine powder and keep it aside in the refrigerator.
STEP 2.In a cup of lukewarm water add the yeast and sugar and keep it aside for 15mins. also, heat the ghee and mystic seeds until they melt completely.
STEP 3.In a mixing bowl add the all-purpose flour, milk powder, spice powder, dash of salt. Now add the yeast water, half egg, and hot ghee, mix well with a spatula and then add water a little at a time and keep kneading. The doughnuts should be sticky. Keep it aside for more 30mins
STEP 4.Divide the dough into two or three parts equally and then roll it into a semi-thin layer. Brush the sheets with egg white on both sides.
STEP 5.Pot the sheet in the waffle maker and keep it for 1 min each side and your bread is ready.
STEP 6.Serve it with the spice powder and yogurt.
