Ingredients for Farsi Puri Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups maida
  • 1/4 Tsp roasted cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Black pepper
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 Tsp Suji
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • A Few Water as needed
  • 1/2 Cup Oil for frying

Directions: Farsi Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a big bowl n adding all purpose flour in it..
  • STEP 2.Added Suji,cumin seeds, pepper powder n salt to taste..
  • STEP 3.Adding oil n make semi hard dough from it..
  • STEP 4.Take a small portion n roll Puri from it..
  • STEP 5.Roll all Puri one by one..
  • STEP 6.Heat oil n frying all Puri in it on medium flame..
  • STEP 7.Ready to serve with tea..
