Vegetable soup just does a body good! Try this rustic and healthy farmer’s market vegetable soup recipe for dinner tonight. It’s the best comfort food! I love going to the farmer’s market. It is such a joy to visit the different farmers, buy delicious produce, and go home to make a fabulous meal or dinner like a Farmer’s Market Soup. I love putting together a great vegetable soup for lunch or dinner with everything from the Farmer’s Market!

Ingredients for Farmer’s Market Soup(A Healthy and Rustic Veggie Soup) Rice cooker receipe Recipe

  • 1/4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 g Small onion finely chopped
  • 3/4 Pieces Garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 g Medium carrots chopped
  • 3/4 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1/4 Pieces 1 Yellow squash chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green beans chopped
  • 0.13 cup ½ cup corn kernel (tin is fine)
  • 1 cups Vegetable stock or water
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed dried herbs 2 tablespoons of mixed fresh herbs may be substituted
  • 1/4 cup 1 ½ cup baby spinach chopped
  • As Required round Black Pepper

Directions: Farmer’s Market Soup(a Healthy And Rustic Veggie Soup) Rice Cooker Receipe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Place all the ingredients – except for the baby spinach and ground black pepper – in the rice cooker inner pot. Stir and close the lid.
  • STEP 2.Select the [Slow Cook] function and set the timer for 60 minutes. Press start.
  • STEP 3.When the cooking is done, open the lid and stir in the baby spinach.
  • STEP 4.Close the lid and leave for 5-8 minutes, until the spinach has wilted.
  • STEP 5.Serve into bowls and season with ground black pepper.
  • STEP 6.It’s one of those easy recipes that tastes like you worked for hours in the kitchen composing. And we think you and your family are going to love it!
  • STEP 7.It is rice cooker receipe. Slow cook receipe. But u can make it in pressure cooker also.only be careful while whistles. Enjoy!!!
