  • 100 g Semi bolied Potato
  • 3 Tbsp Sabudana /Farali flour
  • 1/4 Cups Paneer
  • 100 g hung curd
  • As Required Dates n amchur ki chutney
  • A Few Anardana
  • A Few Coriender Leaves
  • A Handful Singdana
  • A Handful Potatoes ka chivda
  • As Required Sendha namak
  • 1/4 Tsp kali mirchi
  • 1/4 Tsp rosted jeerapwd
  • As Required Ghee

  • STEP 1.Take Half boil potatoes
  • STEP 2.Cut them in round pieces.
  • STEP 3.Sprinkle flour n salt on it.
  • STEP 4.Rost them on tava both the side
  • STEP 5.Apply chutney,put little paneer,chivda on it
  • STEP 6.Sprinkle all masala on it .
  • STEP 7.U can add green chille for more spicy .
  • STEP 8.Grate paneer , decorate wid anardana,singdana,coriender n serve .
  • STEP 9.##U can also bake if want
