  • 1 nos medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • As required ½ cup carrot (boiled & grated)
  • As required ½ cup green peas (boiled & mashed)
  • As required ½ cup beans or cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1 nos green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 nos small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Aashirvaad red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • As required Salt to taste (preferably Aashirvaad Salt)
  • 1 tbsp slurry (made from Aashirvaad Atta mixed with water)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs mixed with Aashirvaad Atta (for coating)
  • As required Oil (for shallow or deep frying)

Directions: Famous Street Food Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, and beans. Add onion, chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and all Aashirvaad spices.Mix well and shape into cutlets.
  • STEP 2.Dip each cutlet in the atta slurry.Roll it in the breadcrumbs + atta mix for a crunchy coating.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil and fry until golden brown and crisp. Drain on tissue and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
  • STEP 4.Serving Idea:- Use these Aashirvaad-flavored cutlets in burgers, rolls, or even as a side with evening chai.
