  • 1/20 Cup * Tomato Ketchup

  • 0.40 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large, heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork, beef, and chicken, and cook until they start to brown. Remove the meat from the pot and set it aside.
  • STEP 2.In the same pot, add the chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions become translucent and fragrant. Return the browned meat to the pot and add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and chilli powder. Stir to combine.
  • STEP 3.Add the diced potatoes and bring the stew to a simmer. Cover the pot and cook for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes start to become tender.
  • STEP 4.Add the corn, lima beans, and okra to the pot. Continue to simmer the stew for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until all the vegetables are tender and the meats are fully cooked. Season the stew with salt and pepper to taste. If you like some heat, you can add hot sauce to your liking.
