Ingredients for Falahari Kaddu... Recipe

  • 250 gm kaddu
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 2 g reen chilli slitted
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • as required Chopped dhania patta

Directions: Falahari Kaddu... Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the kaddu , dice it, wash it , keep aside . Do not put in water .
  • STEP 2.Take a wok , add ghee , heat it .
  • STEP 3.Add green chilli , saute it for a minute .
  • STEP 4.Add kaddu pcs now , mix it well .
  • STEP 5.In goes salt & red chilli powder . Stir fry it for a minute .
  • STEP 6.Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until kaddu is almost cooked .
  • STEP 7.Open the lid , increase the flame , add dhania patta , mix it well .
  • STEP 8.Cook it until dry . Turn off the flame , cover it for a minute .
  • STEP 9.Take out in a serving bowl , have it with kuttu poori...
