  • 250 gm kaddu
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 2 g reen chilli slitted
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • as required Chopped dhania patta

How to Make Falahari Kaddu... Recipe

STEP 01

Peel the kaddu , dice it, wash it , keep aside . Do not put in water .

STEP 02

Take a wok , add ghee , heat it .

STEP 03

Add green chilli , saute it for a minute .

STEP 04

Add kaddu pcs now , mix it well .

STEP 05

In goes salt & red chilli powder . Stir fry it for a minute .

STEP 06

Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until kaddu is almost cooked .

STEP 07

Open the lid , increase the flame , add dhania patta , mix it well .

STEP 08

Cook it until dry . Turn off the flame , cover it for a minute .

STEP 09

Take out in a serving bowl , have it with kuttu poori...
