Ingredients for FALAFEL Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Boiled chickpeas -
  • 2.50 nos Green chillies - -
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves -
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed coriander powder -
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder -
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste -
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin seeds -
  • As required Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour -
  • 1 tbsp Oil -

Directions: Falafel Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind the boiled chickpeas and green chillies to make a paste.
  • STEP 2.Add crushed coriander powder,red chilli powder,roasted cumin seeds powder chopped coriander leaves,corn flour and salt and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  • STEP 5.Shallow fry in hot oil until golden in colors.
  • STEP 6.Flipping once in between.
  • STEP 7.Always cook in medium flame.
  • STEP 8.Falafel is ready.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot with tea.
