- 1/2 cup Boiled chickpeas -
- 2.50 nos Green chillies - -
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves -
- 1/2 tsp Crushed coriander powder -
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder -
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste -
- 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin seeds -
- NaN Salt - to taste
- 1/2 tbsp Corn flour -
- 1 tbsp Oil -

How to Make Falafel Recipe
STEP 01
Grind the boiled chickpeas and green chillies to make a paste.
STEP 02
Add crushed coriander powder,red chilli powder,roasted cumin seeds powder chopped coriander leaves,corn flour and salt and mix well.
STEP 03
Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
STEP 04
Heat oil in a non stick pan.
STEP 05
Shallow fry in hot oil until golden in colors.
STEP 06
Flipping once in between.
STEP 07
Always cook in medium flame.
STEP 08
Falafel is ready.
STEP 09
Serve hot with tea.
