STEP 1.Add the presoaked chickpeas to a mixing jar along with onion, garlic, green chilies, fresh green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, gram flour all in one go and grind coarsely.
STEP 2.Transfer this mixture in a bowl.
STEP 3.Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
