Ingredients for Falafel Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas
  • 1/2 g Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic
  • 0.13 cup Fresh coriander
  • to taste Green chillies
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Falafel Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add the presoaked chickpeas to a mixing jar along with onion, garlic, green chilies, fresh green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, gram flour all in one go and grind coarsely.
  • STEP 2.Transfer this mixture in a bowl.
  • STEP 3.Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.After 15 minutes take out the bowl from the refrigerator and take a small ball from the mixture, give shape of your choice and deep fry them on medium to low heat till they turn golden and crisp. Crispy Falafel Bites are ready!!serve them with green dhania chutney or ketchup 🤩
