  • 1/4 cup Uncooked chickpeas, soaked 24 hours, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
  • 0.13 cup Chopped shallot or yellow onion
  • 3/4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground coriander
