  • 1 New York Strip Steaks
  • 0.06 cup Oil
  • 0.06 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1/2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder

Cooking Direction

  • STEP 1.Pat steaks dry and trim any unwanted fat. In a mixing bowl, combine oil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, oregano, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • STEP 2. Place the steak into a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag. Place it into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • STEP 3.Pre heat the grill for medium heat. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Remove the steaks from the heat. Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
