Ingredients for Fajeto / Gujarati Mango Kadhi Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilli
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger
  • A Few Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces Clove
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves
  • 0.13 tsp Fenugreek seeds

Directions: Fajeto / Gujarati Mango Kadhi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Blend mango pulp and buttermilk with some water and cook it on medium flame.
  • STEP 2.Add salt, sugar, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and continuously stir it until one boil. Then cook it on low flame for few more minutes.
  • STEP 3.For tempering, add oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and when it splutter add to fajeto. Garnish with coriander leaves.
