  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 250 gram Ricotta Cheese
  • 250 gram Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 100 gram Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 12 Lasagna Noodles, Cooked
  • As required Salt And Pepper, To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onions, and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  • STEP 2.Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and sugar to the skillet. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and parsley.
  • STEP 4.Spread a layer of meat sauce in a baking dish. Top with a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of cheese filling. Repeat the layers.
