  • 0.03 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 1/25 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Cloves garlic pressed or finely minced
  • 0.38 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 0.06 teaspoon Liquid smoke i used 1 tsp
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.03 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.03 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.13 can If youre not familiar with liquid smoke you find it near the bbq sauces in a small bottle and please dont make this without it! its definitely ne of the key components. it makes things yummy and smoky and super flavorful. and if youre wondering, it actually is real smoke in liquid form
  • 1/2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts about 3 4 large ones. steak is also great
  • 0.38 Bell peppers about 3 large ones i used a red, orange and yellow
  • 0.13 Onion i used a walla walla sweet onion
