Ingredients for Exotic Vegetable Noodles Soup Recipe
1/4 Pieces Onion
1/4 Pieces Carrot
1/4 Pieces Small capsicum
1/2 tbsp Green peas
1/2 tbsp frozen corns
1/4 inch Ginger
3/4 tbsp Noodles
0.13 tbsp Black pepper powder
0.13 tbsp Vinegar
0.13 tbsp Butter
0.06 tbsp Soya sauce
3/4 cups water
1/4 tbsp Cornflour
To Taste Salt
Directions: Exotic Vegetable Noodles Soup Recipe
STEP 1.First keep ready all chopped vegetables. In a pan melt butter and add ginger and onion and saute for 1 min. Now add carrot and peas to it. Cover it and again cook for 1 min. So that veggies become little soft. Now add all remaining veggies and saute. Now add 3 cups water, salt and black pepper to it. Now add noodles and soya sauce to it. Cover it and cook it for 3 - 4 min till noodles cook nicely. Add vinegar or lemon juice to it to give it some tangy taste. Make a slurry of cornflour and water and add it. Cook it for 2 min. Hot and delicious soup is ready to serve.
