How to Make Exotic Vegetable Noodles Soup Recipe
STEP 01
First keep ready all chopped vegetables. In a pan melt butter and add ginger and onion and saute for 1 min. Now add carrot and peas to it. Cover it and again cook for 1 min. So that veggies become little soft. Now add all remaining veggies and saute. Now add 3 cups water, salt and black pepper to it. Now add noodles and soya sauce to it. Cover it and cook it for 3 - 4 min till noodles cook nicely. Add vinegar or lemon juice to it to give it some tangy taste. Make a slurry of cornflour and water and add it. Cook it for 2 min. Hot and delicious soup is ready to serve.
