STEP 1.In a large pot, add the rumba meats marrow bones, 1 sprig epazote, garlic, cloves and 1/2 onion
STEP 2.Add water pepper, bouillon and oregano then cook it for 2 minutes.
STEP 3.In a pot add butter and diced onion and chopped epazote and cook it for a minute
STEP 4.Add corn kernels and cook for 2 mins, Add 2 cups of beef broth into the pot add beef and cook it for another 5 minutes
STEP 5.Add salt and serve in a cup with a few tablespoons of corn, mayo, lime juice, chile powder, and bone marrow.
