Ingredients for Esquites Con Tuetano Recipe

  • 6-8 Rumba Meats Beef Marrow Bones
  • 1 sprig epazote + 4 chopped epazote leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion + 0.5 diced onion
  • 6 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 2 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 8 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 4 Juice of limes
  • As required Salt
  • As required Chile powder
  • As required Queso Cotija

Directions: Esquites Con Tuetano Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, add the rumba meats marrow bones, 1 sprig epazote, garlic, cloves and 1/2 onion
  • STEP 2.Add water pepper, bouillon and oregano then cook it for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a pot add butter and diced onion and chopped epazote and cook it for a minute
  • STEP 4.Add corn kernels and cook for 2 mins, Add 2 cups of beef broth into the pot add beef and cook it for another 5 minutes
  • STEP 5.Add salt and serve in a cup with a few tablespoons of corn, mayo, lime juice, chile powder, and bone marrow.
