  • As required Few spinach leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • As required For the Biryani
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup basmati rice
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tomato, finely chopped
  • As required Few mint leaves
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon 1/2 knorr biryani masala
  • 1/2 tablespoon Few strands of saffron, dissolved in milk
  • As required For the Masala
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 pinch Asafoetida
  • As required Whole spices
  • 1.50 tomatoes large sized
  • 3/4 onions large sized
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1/4 inch ginger , roughly chopped
  • 1-1.25 garlic cloves
  • 1.50-1.75 cashew nuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kasoori methi
  • 0.13 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Fresh cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger julienned
