  • 2 cup salsa verde
  • 1 cup non fat yogurt
  • 1 cup Crema Mexicana or Half and Half
  • As required Salt
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded

  • STEP 1.Add salsa verde, yoghurt , crema mexicana, and salt in a blender

step 2

  • STEP 2.Warm up tortillas in the microwave for 1mins

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add chicken in the middle. Roll up tortillas

step 4

  • STEP 1.Pour sauce over casserole

step 5

  • STEP 1.Add layer of cheese to the top of casserole

step 6

  • STEP 1.Place it in 350 degrees oven

step 7

  • STEP 1.Bake uncovered for 15mins or until golden

step 8

  • STEP 1.Serve with salad
