  • 2 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 4 No.s Tomato
  • 1/2 tablespoon All mixed herbs
  • 1/2 cup Onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 0.12 cup chopped Bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Orange pepper
  • 2 cup Kidney Beans
  • 0.33 cup Sweet corn
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Garlic minced garlic
  • As required Cilantro
  • 1 cup Mozarella cheese/ packed cube

How to Make Enchiladas Recipe

STEP 01

1 take a pan and heat some oil and then add some oil. Let the butter melt. Now add some all purpose flour and cook the mixture properly. Add a cup of tomato puree and one cup water. Mix well.

2 add one roasted cumin powder,  one spoon chilli flakes, one spoon mixed herbs and salt to taste. Add a cup of water mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes at medium. Flame.

4 afterwards add some brown sugar.

Preparation of filling-

Now take a pan, add some oil and butter and some chopped onions. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Next add capsicum, orange bell peppers, some red capsicum, tomato,  sweet corn,  garlic, cumin powder,  mixed herbs, salt and 1 cup boiled kidney beans. Mix well.

STEP 06

Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Now mash the kidney beans for suitable filling. Add cilantro leaves

STEP 07

1 take 8 whole chapati

STEP 08

S. Put the vegetables stuffing on it and put some cheese. And make a roll.

STEP 09

2take a baking tray now spread the sauce on the bottom and then place the rolls and coat them again. Add some grated cheese, bell peppers, black olives,  jalapenos and some sauce.

STEP 10

4now bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

STEP 11

5freshly baked enchiladas. Serve it hot.
