How to Make Enchiladas Recipe
1 take a pan and heat some oil and then add some oil. Let the butter melt. Now add some all purpose flour and cook the mixture properly. Add a cup of tomato puree and one cup water. Mix well.
2 add one roasted cumin powder, one spoon chilli flakes, one spoon mixed herbs and salt to taste. Add a cup of water mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes at medium. Flame.

Preparation of filling-
Now take a pan, add some oil and butter and some chopped onions. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Next add capsicum, orange bell peppers, some red capsicum, tomato, sweet corn, garlic, cumin powder, mixed herbs, salt and 1 cup boiled kidney beans. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Now mash the kidney beans for suitable filling. Add cilantro leaves
