Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  • STEP 3.Add minced garlic and cook for another minute. Then, add shredded chicken, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • STEP 4.In a blender, combine tomatillos, cilantro, sour cream, and chicken broth. Blend until smooth.
