  • 50 gram Tin of kidney beans or mixed beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 Regular red chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Heaped sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Double/heavy cream
  • 6.25 gram Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 Corn tortillas check for gluten free ones if required
  • 30 gram Mixed cheddar and orange cheese such as red leicester
  • 1.25 Chopped cherry/grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/4 Chopped fresh chilli
  • 0.13 Chopped avocado
