  • 220 gram jalapeños quartered
  • 6 gram green chillies slit
  • 70 gram onions sliced
  • 15 gram garlic roughly chopped
  • 50 gram tomatoes diced
  • 75 gram cheese grated
  • 15 gram Butter
  • 7 gram vegetable oil
  • 5 gram Salt
  • 250 gram Water

  • STEP 1.In a pan add all the vegetables

  • STEP 2.Add salt, oil and water

step 3

  • STEP 3.Boil on medium heat for 10mins

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add butter and turn off the heat

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add grated cheese and mix well

step 6

  • STEP 6.Serve with tingmo or red rice
