  • 2.25 Ed Red Chilies

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan and dry roast the sesame seeds until they turn golden and fragrant. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  • STEP 3.Dry roast the red chilies, curry leaves, and asafoetida until they become crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • STEP 4.Allow all the roasted ingredients to cool completely, then grind them together to a coarse powder.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the powder to a bowl and mix in salt. Store in an airtight container.
