  • STEP 1.In a saucepan, cook the rice with water until soft and fully cooked.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, heat the coconut milk and jaggery until the jaggery melts and the mixture is well combined.
  • STEP 3.Add the cooked rice to the coconut mixture and stir well.
  • STEP 4.Pour in the tender coconut water and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
