This requires very few ingredients, but the taste is amazing and it gives a nice bite too. I made it in two batches, in the first i added a little too much sugar, so it became dark and chewy, it was not bad at all. Then in the second batch, i added enough and make it small cookies but you can make any size you want. You need to make dough kind of batter, not runny, so you can shape your cookies. I prefer this over kaju katri any time. This is perfect for any occasion, because it requires no baking soda, eggs or any baking essentials and done in a few minutes.
