Today i present an italian dish which is a small circular cake, typically made from coconut called as "macaroons". The name of the cake comes from the italian maccarone or maccherone meaning "paste". Almost all over in the world includes egg in this recipe but i have made it "without egg". Hence we can categories it as "pure veg dish". Very simple and quick one when you are looking for distinct dessert, sweet for guests or family or childrens. It's a like bake and eat. A must try.
