  • 31.25 gram Dark Chocolate Chopped
  • 22.50 gram Butter
  • 15 gram Brown sugar
  • 0.19 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 12.50 gram All Purpose Flour
  • 6.25 gram Cocoa powder
  • 0.03 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.03 teaspoon Salt
  • 6.25 gram Walnuts Chopped
  • As required Ingredients for Flax Meal egg replacer
  • 0.38 tablespoon Flax seed powder
  • 1.13 tablespoon Chilled water

Directions: Eggles Rich Chocolate Brownie Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Prepare flax-egg by adding 3 tbsp flax seed powder to 9 tbsp of chilled water. Mix and leave it to rest. After 10 to 15 minutes it will have a gooey egg like texture.

    • STEP 2.1 add 250 gms chopped dark chocolate and 180 gms unsalted butter in a saucepan and place it in a vessel of boiling water in the heat. Using this ‘doubling boiling method, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring continuously. Keep aside.

    • STEP 3.2 in a large mixing bowl add 120 gms brown sugar, 3 tbsp flax-egg replacer and mix. Add ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp baking powder,1 ½ tsp vanilla extract for flavour, add the melted chocolate sauce, 100 gms all purpose flour, 50 gms cocoa powder, 50 gms chopped toasted walnuts. Stir all the ingredients together till well combined.

    • STEP 4.3 grease a baking pan by applying oil or butter on the inside and dust flour which will stick on the greased surface. Turn over the pan and tap it over the sink to remove any excess flour.

    • STEP 5.4 pour in the cake batter and spread evenly .

    • STEP 6.5 place it in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius and bake for anywhere from 25 to 40 minutes depending on each one

    • STEP 7.S oven. To check whether the brownie is ready, insert a knife into the brownie. If it comes out clean without crumbs stuck to it, then the cake is ready.

    • STEP 8.6 cut and serve with vanilla ice cream
