Heat oil in a pan and add raw eggs. Scramble the eggs and keep them aside for further use.
Cooking Directions
Heat a pan and add oil and ghee to it.
Add chopped onions to the pan and saute till they are translucent.
Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry for 30 seconds.
Next, add all the spices and mix well to combine.
Add chopped tomatoes along with salt and cook till they are mushy.
Next, add the soaked dal and a glass of water and transfer the mix into a pressure cooker. Add a tbsp of ghee and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook the tadka in the pressure cooker with the lid on till two whistles.
While the tadka is getting cooked, add some oil in another pan along with chopped onions, garlic and tomatoes and fry a minute or two.
Once the tadka is cooked, add the scrambled eggs, the prepared tadka along with butter, kasoori methi coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
