These Egg Stuffed Peppers are one of my new favorite breakfast recipes! They’re incredibly easy to make, only require five ingredients, and taste absolutely delicious. I have put them in gravy for my lunch and it goes excellent with rice . #Egg #BMST

Ingredients for Egg stuffed Peppers in gravy Recipe

  • 1.33 Pieces whole bell peppers tops cut off and seeds removed to create a bowl
  • 1.33 g Eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.33 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 0.33 cup fat-free cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.08 cup Green onions chopped
  • 0.67 g inger garlic past

Directions: Egg Stuffed Peppers In Gravy Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Place the peppers on the baking sheet and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a small bowl combine the eggs, salt, and cheddar cheese. Pour into the pepper "bowls" and sprinkle the green onion on top. Carefully place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.The eggs might still be a little "jiggly" but will firm up as the peppers rest.
  • STEP 3.In a pan add ginger garlic paste tomato turmeric salt and make a gravy. add ready pappers in that gravy and ket it boil for 10 mins. your platebis ready.
