Egg Sandwich Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Breakfast means a loaded sandwich, don't you agree? And for your sandwich cravings, we have got you a recipe inspired by Kolkata's famous Indian Coffee House. From Satyajit Ray to Aparna Sen, many notable Bengali artists, film stars and politicians would sit here for a riveting adda session. The Coffee house is still a beloved haunt among young and old, and the moderately-priced snacks have their own fan following.  For the special sandwiches, you would need boiled eggs, softened butter, salt and pepper, and white bread slices, with crusts removed. Whisk the butter until light and creamy, chop up the eggs really fine, mix with butter, salt, pepper and apply it on the bread slices. Sounds easy? Here's the complete recipe.
