Ingredients for Egg Sambal Recipe

  • 4 Nos hard boiled eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoon Sambal
  • As required Ingredients for sambal
  • 6 ounce fresh chillies
  • 1 tablespoon toasted belacan
  • 4 ounce Shallots
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 2.50 teaspoon sugar/palm sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Nos onion

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.To prepare sambal grind chillies, shallots, toasted belacan into a fine paste.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Add oil to a pan & heat it.
  • STEP 2.Add sambal paste, onion and cook until oil separates.
  • STEP 3.Now add the seasonings-salt, sugar, fish sauce stir it and set aside.
  • STEP 4.To make sambal telur, add 2-3 tbsp of sambal, boiled eggs and mix them thoroughly.
  • STEP 5.Add this sambal telur with teh cooked mixture and serve.
