  • 4-5 Boiled eggs
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • As required Lime
  • 4-5 Cherry tomato
  • 4-5 Thai Chili
  • As required Cilantro
  • As required Fish sauce
  • As required Shallot
  • As required Lemongrass
  • As required Garlic oil

step 1

  • STEP 1.Slice the onions into thin slices, dash and slice the lemongrass and the garlic cloves, chop the cilantro, thai chilies, and cut the tomatoes into slices

step 2

  • STEP 1.Boil the eggs and remove the shells, cut them into 4 pieces from the middle.

step 3

  • STEP 1.On a plate add the cut eggs followed by the sliced shallots, lemongrass, cherry tomatoes, thai chilies, garlic cloves, and cilantro. Top them with fish sauce to taste, 1tsp garlic oil, salt to taste, and lime juice.
