Ingredients for Egg Paratha Recipe

  • 1/2 cup flour one
  • 1/2 Cup White oil half
  • 1 g Two eggs
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion half
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped chillies one
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 inch sugar one pinch
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder half teaspoon

Directions: Egg Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method - First, flour, two spoons of white oil, one pinch of salt and one pinch of sugar should be mixed well. Mix the flour well with water. Knead the dough and keep covered for fifteen minutes. After fifteen minutes, knead the dough again and cut it into four pieces.
  • STEP 2.First, spread a little flour and roll it into small pieces like bread. Cut all the pieces into small pieces and keep them separate. Mix well chopped onion, salt, chili powder, red pepper powder in a bowl and beat it with two eggs. Now in a hot tawa, with the roti, two sides should be baked a little on low heat.
  • STEP 3.Now hold one side of the bread and open it and the inside will open, that means the middle of the two breads will be stuck with the chari edge. With the help of two spoons, it should be fried with white oil. Lightly. Fry the other one in this way. Only then the egg paratha will be ready. Serve the egg paratha hot with tomato sauce. It is very tasty to eat.
