How to Make Egg Paratha Recipe
STEP 01
1 in a bowl, mix flour, salt and knead a soft textured dough.
STEP 02
Take portions of the dough and make small balls, roll off the balls using pin. Applying ghee and spreading it along, sprinkle some flour.
STEP 03
Egg stuffing -
STEP 04
For making stuffing break the egg, add chopped onions, green chillis, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
STEP 05
1 make small pockets and stuff the parathas with the egg stuffing.
STEP 06
Place the rolled paratha square on a hot tawa, and let it cook for 1-2 minutes on medium on both sides. Once it starts to puff up switch off the heat.
STEP 07
Make a slit in the side where paratha is joined from the seams.
STEP 08
Carefully slid back paratha on to tawa or griddle once again to cook it. Switch on the heat and allow to cook on slow heat for the egg mixture to cook completely from inside.
STEP 09
Apply ghee and then flip it over and cook till golden brown and crisp from both sides.
STEP 10
Turn up the heat and continue cooking the paratha until it fluffs up and turns crisp brown.
STEP 11
Cut into 4 pieces and serve hot with a cup of masala chai for breakfast or snack.
