  • 50 gram Paneer, Crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 3.Beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to the pan. Stir well and cook until the eggs are scrambled.
  • STEP 4.Add crumbled paneer, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix everything together and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or bread.
